We are so excited to introduce our newest offering inside our expanded wellness space in downtown Hilo our private Infrared Sauna Lounge.

This is not just a sweat.
This is recovery.

Whether you’re coming off a Lagree class, a yoga flow, or simply navigating a full life our sauna is here to help you reset.

The Experience

Our sauna sessions are private and designed to feel like a retreat inside your day.

Each Infrared Sauna Ritual (30–40 minutes) includes:

• Fresh towel
• Cold towel to cool down
• Filtered water
• Tea service
• Calm, beachy lounge space

Post-class recovery sessions include towel + water.

We recommend arriving hydrated and giving yourself time afterward to rest and integrate.
