Molly and Liz were the perfect teachers for me in their design of the curriculum and their natures. I loved framing yoga as a healing and wellness practice and learning the alignment based approach to yoga asana. I have 100% more confidence that I can teach yoga and inspire others. This program has helped me form a habit of meditation where I already see so many benefits and look forward to meditating every morning. I can actually sit in meditation now which is huge for me. Overall this program had a profound impact on my life. It helped me release fear and find more freedom. Through the awareness of all beings as one and development of loving kindness and compassion, I have a stronger heart to carry with me into the world.
