Moving from simple through to more complex poses, partner yoga's threads of respect, thoughtfulness and trust entwine to support a contemplative journey into one's self as well as into one's relationship in space and to another body.
The support and feedback made available by a fellow living being allows for increased body awareness and a deeper release than when working on one's own. In addition, partner yoga promotes a more active sense of the inherent connectivity of, and our position within, life's web.
Come as a couple or solo and we'll have a partner available.
