Transcendance is a holistic approach to fitness and wellness, which unifies Dance and Yoga as one.
Energy patterns can get stuck in our bodies, hindering us to reach our highest potentials. Through movement, breath & pure bliss found in this practice, we can become more connected to our energetic needs.
Take this opportunity to cleanse your mind & spirit by making space for energetic light to fill your body
We will start in meditation, followed by a short intention writing on something we want to transcend in our life.
Daina will talk about energy and moving energy through the body with intention and purpose in order to make space for light and growth.
There will be 75 minutes dedicated to the Transcendance practice.
It ends in savasana & meditation.
Please bring water, a pen and yoga mat if you'd like.
