Annual membership- $1,300 (Includes 1 year (365 days) of unlimited classes and 10% discount on ALL boutique purchases for same year. No holds or extension. No exceptions. Payments can be broken into 3 installments to be paid in the FIRST 3 months only. NO OTHER PAYMENT PLANS ACCEPTED.
If you purchase a class card w/ a 90 day expiration and are un-nable to use all classes, you may Purchase a 90 day extension for your classes:
$1.40 per each un-used class for 5 class package.
$2.00 per each un-used class for 10 class package.
$3.05 per each un-used class for 20 class package.
$4.16 per each un-used class for 30 class package.
This means you will be paying a total of $13/class for all classes used AFTER the original expiration.
Auto renew status requires a minimum of 3 auto-renewals.
Your c/c info is stored within a secure system designed to hold c/c info and cannot be seen or accessed by anyone, including all Yoga Centered staff members and owner. When your classes are used up, or your 90 days expire, your card will be automatically charged for additional classes or monthly unlimited and your purchase will be added to your account.
The same number of classes will be renewed each time unless you request a change in advance.
Should you need to cancel your auto renew status prior to 3 renewals, you will be charged for any discounts or special offers you received as a sign up bonus.
Your account will continue to auto renew until you request otherwise.
Special discounts and promotions are offered regularly to anyone with auto renew status. For example: Auto Renew Members ONLY receive 15% off all Yoga Centered logo shirts (super cute new line coming soon!) for the month of January.
All class cards:
- Are non-transferable
- Are non-refundable
- May be shared with immediate family
