Senior/Gentle Yoga

Slow and gentle yoga with a therapeutic approach that focuses on bringing mobility to the joints, improving balance and coordination. Expect a buffet of props to be used…chairs, blocks, blankets, straps, it’s all fair game. Recommended for the older adult but all are welcome!
